When visitors leave comments or use our “Request and appointment” form on the site we collect the data shown, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An email containing the customer email is then sent to a member of our staff. No electronic record of the request is retained by our site.
Heavenly Landscape LLC uses the information submitted on the contact form, “Request an appointment” strictly to contact the submitter for the purpose of setting up an appointment or to supply a quote on services.

If a quote is generated, a scanned copy of the quote is electronically stored as well as paper copy which is kept in our secure office location,. This information is retained to expedite retrieval should a client request follow up. If our services are contracted, the client’s name, address and billing information is electronically stored in our crm/billing system.

At your request, initial contact information can be shredded with no further action taken by us to contact you.
